Man Up! And Talk About It!

Join us for a dinner discussion on Mental Health & Suicide Prevention for Native Men and Teens. Native men account for some of the highest rates of suicide in the country, nearly 3x times the rate of non-Natives. Only by understanding how trauma impacts our lives can we begin to heal those emotional wounds that destroy us from the inside.

We are honored to be joined by guest speakers Albert Foote Sr. (Ft. Peck Sioux) and Caseymac Wallahee (Yakama) who will present on suicide prevention and traditional teachings. There will be a lot of discussion, so please bring your questions.

Dinner will be served at 4:15pm, and once everyone is settled in we we begin with our presentations. Gift cards for transportation assistance available, limit one per vehicle. Please RSVP so we can plan to have enough food!
