Veterans Powwow to be held on Saturday, November 9th, 2024 at Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center from 12PM-6PM. Please join us in celebrating our relatives who have served. Lunch will be provided to all guests.
We are excited to invite our community back to table and vend:
Non-profit Organizations & Resource Tables:
Non-profit spaces will be 6×3 feet booths. They will be located on the lower level. Tables will be provided, though you may bring your own if you choose, but please ensure it fits in the 6×3 space. There is no cost to non-profits or resource tables. We ask you arrive and be set up before grand entry at 12PM if possible.
For-Profit Vendors:
We have limited vendor spaces, and they will be approximately 6×3 feet size booths. Please note we do not have the capacity for the standard 10×10 booths!
We request that you provide your own table, as we cannot guarantee there will be tables to borrow. Vendors will be on the upper level of the Cultural Center.
The vendor fee is $50. Vendors may begin setup at 9AM, though some volunteers may not be available to assist you with load-in until 10AM.
We have limited space at this event. Please complete this form by October 25th if you are interested in vending or tabling. You will be informed of load-in details by Monday, October 28th.
