Discover the fundamentals of yoga with our “Yoga Basics” class, designed to help with healing, stress, and anxiety. This class serves as a valuable tool for working through trauma and/or recovery, while also enhancing mental focus, concentration, circulation, flexibility, endurance, and strength.
In this class, we will learn to work with our breath and body to calm the nervous system and invite energy into our being. Through basic, physical yoga postures, we’ll reawaken movement in the body, open areas we might be neglecting or ignoring, and build strength and flexibility. No matter your lineage, these teachings are offered to help us all on our path. No experience is required to participate.
